We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive team player to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will manage sea freight operations, including shipment tracking and booking, ensuring smooth and timely delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate import and export sea freight shipments.
• Attend to the shipping inquiries
• Negotiate rates with overseas agents and shipping lines.
• Arrange and manage freight bookings with carriers.
• Track shipments and update clients and internal teams on their status.
• Prepare and maintain shipment documentation.(house and master bills of lading)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration or any related field.
• (0–3) years of experience in sea freight (fresh graduates welcome)
• Strong English language skills (written and spoken)
• Immediate availability is a plus
